This Just In: The Summer Braid

Taking next-day hair to a whole new level. 

There is something so perfect about braids in the summer. First of all, it means less washes and embracing dirty hair. Second, you can get the hair off your neck in an intricate design that screams laid-back chic. I used to wear braids every day in elementary school and then again when I was older for running. Now I'd like to incorporate them in an intentional way back into my style. 

Below are five braids I find inspiring (and to be honest a little daunting!)...

This messy, knotted ponytail. Baby steps.
